In 2012 I watched Food Matters. That started a path into orthomolecular medicine and the work of Linus Pauling, Abraham Hoffer and Andrew Saul — knowledge that mainstream systems have largely ignored.
Over the years that followed I studied, applied, and shared this information freely. I gave away copies of Andrew Saul’s work because people found it valuable.
Then came serious injury. A Grade 2B open tibia and fibula fracture. Compartment syndrome. Multiple operations. Long rehabilitation.
That experience sharpened the central question: how does the body actually repair, signal and recover at a cellular level?
